Frequently asked questions
Is my candidate data safe?
Yes. When you upload a CV, we extract the data and generate a branded document. The original file is deleted immediately after processing. We do not store raw candidate data in our database. The only thing we keep is the formatted CV itself, stored in GDPR-compliant secure storage so your team can re-download it from the history page without being charged again. If you prefer not to have history at all, let us know and we will disable it for your agency entirely.
What file formats do you support?
PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, ODT, RTF, and Apple Pages. We also handle scanned documents and image-based PDFs via OCR. If a candidate sends it, we can format it.
How fast is the formatting?
Most CVs are formatted in under 10 seconds. Complex or scanned documents may take up to 30 seconds. You see a progress indicator while it processes.
Do you charge per user?
