Questions vendors ask
How does the integration work?
Over a REST API. Your product sends the candidate document and the tenant’s template, and receives structured fields and a rendered PDF or DOCX. There is no UI to embed unless you want one, so the feature looks and behaves like part of your product.
Do our users know it is RefineCV?
Only if you want them to. The output carries your customer’s branding, not ours. Partners ship it as their own feature today.
What happens to candidate documents?
They are deleted once formatting finishes. We do not retain candidate CVs, and we do not train models on them. Data handling is GDPR compliant, which matters because your customers will ask you, not us.
How is licensing priced?
It depends on volume and how much of the stack you take. Formatting only, or formatting plus extraction, plus the template builder. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we will put a number against it.
How long does integration take?
The API surface is small: submit a document, get structured data and a rendered file back. Most of the work on your side is deciding where the feature sits in your UI, not the integration itself.
Can we white label the template builder too?
Yes. The template configuration is per tenant, so your customers can build and edit their own branded templates inside your product rather than ours.
