Does RefineCV integrate with my ATS?
It does not need to. You take the candidate CV out of your ATS in whatever format you have it, format it, and download a branded PDF or DOCX to send or to upload back. Because it works on files rather than on a connection, it works with any ATS, and with none.
Will it read what my ATS exports?
Almost certainly. We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, TXT, ODT, RTF and Apple Pages, and scanned or image-only PDFs are read with OCR rather than rejected.
Can we get it built into our ATS instead?

Do we need IT involved to start?
No. There is nothing to install and no permissions to grant. You can format your first CV before anyone has to approve anything.
What happens to candidate data?
The uploaded document is deleted once formatting finishes. We are not a second copy of your candidate database, and candidate data is never used to train models.
Does everyone on the desk need a seat?
Seats are unlimited on every plan, so you can add the whole agency without a per-user cost. That matters more than an integration for most teams.
